Terms and Conditions of Use - “KPI COLOR CARD”

Introduction:


These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between CALEIDOS MEDIA S.A.C. and the Customer and/or User, in relation to the App known as “KPI COLOR CARD.”
Definitions


“App”: The widget(s), views, integrations, and/or functionalities developed by CALEIDOS MEDIA S.A.C. and distributed through monday.com and/or the Marketplace.

“Customer”: The individual or legal entity that contracts the use of the App and agrees to pay the corresponding fee.

“User”: The individual or legal entity that has been authorized to use the App and/or uses it within their monday.com account and/or the Client's account.

“monday.com”: The platform operated by monday.com Ltd., which is unrelated to CALEIDOS MEDIA S.A.C.

“Marketplace”: The marketplace through which the license to use Monday.com and/or the App is acquired.

“monday.com account”: The instance of the monday.com service where the App is installed.


Relationship with monday.com and use of the brand


The App is provided exclusively by CALEIDOS MEDIA S.A.C. and is not sponsored, endorsed, or owned by monday.com. In this regard, the contractual relationship arising as a result of the use of the App is restricted solely to CALEIDOS MEDIA S.A.C. and the Customer/User, such that CALEIDOS MEDIA S.A.C. is not responsible for monday.com and its services, to the same extent that monday.com is not responsible for CALEIDOS MEDIA S.A.C. and its services, particularly with regard to the use of the App. Likewise, the license to use the App does not grant any right to use the trademarks, logos, and/or distinctive signs of monday.com. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the use of the App is carried out within monday.com, so it is the responsibility of the Customer/User to have the license corresponding to monday.com and to act in accordance with the policies and terms of use established by monday.com.


Acceptance of the Terms


The Customer/User is responsible for carefully reading these Terms before installing and/or using the App. By installing and/or using the App, the Customer/User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, which are fully binding. If the Customer/User is a natural person who uses and/or contracts the use of the App on behalf of a legal entity, they declare that they have the necessary powers to bind the legal entity for these purposes.


Registration, eligibility, and account


To use the App, the Customer/User needs: (i) a valid and current monday.com account; and (ii) to grant the permissions, scopes, and limitations requested by the App. The Customer/User is responsible for maintaining the security and configuration of their monday.com account.


Description of the service provided through the App


The App provides additional functionality to monday.com's native number widgets by configuring colors according to the threshold assigned by the User. The App will be installed on a dashboard in a workspace in a monday.com account and will require the user to grant the following permissions: boards:read We are using to read the numbers data from the board and perform calculations. It should be noted that, although the App requires reading the information provided by the User, this information is not stored.

This Privacy Policy describes how Caleidos ("we," "our," or "us") handles information in connection with our KPI color card ("the App") on the monday.com platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any information we process.

Data Collection and Processing
KPI color card is designed with privacy and data minimization in mind.

The App:

Only reads values within your monday.com boards that you gave permission.
Does not collect or store any personal information, cookies, or tracking data
Does not transfer data to any third-party services

Required Permissions
To provide its functionality, the App requires the following monday.com


OAuth scopes:

board:read - to read column values from your boards and monitor changes in date columns
Data Storage and Security

No data is stored or cached in our infrastructure
All data processing occurs in real-time within the monday.com environment

Third-Party Services

The App does not utilize any third-party services, APIs, or external data processing systems. All operations occur within the monday.com platform.International Data Processing
The App is available globally wherever monday.com services are accessible.

Data Retention

As the App does not store any data, we do not have any data retention policies. All data remains within your monday.com account and is subject to monday.com's data retention policies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to periodically review this policy.
